6 Sonatas for two treble recorders (2nd Part)

These well loved sonatats come from a time in London when the recorder was at the height of it's popularity. The early 18th century saw a flood of recorder tutor books and a wealth of music composed for the many amatuers that took up the instrument. Given the quality of much of this music, the standard of playing must have been high indeed and these sonatas are no expeption.
